Wine and Food Tasting - June 15th

Last weekend I was blown out of the water ... Rain for days.  I wasn't going to share new wines and food when the store would most probably be slow.  Plus my hours were cut (heck, everyone's are being cut), so I didn't have time to prepare what I wanted to sample.  I'll keep things simple (for my hours) and if no rain, I'll pour some nice wines.

TFM has their cutting on the floor event (Premium Choice and USDA Prime Beef Tenderloin).   GREAT for Father's Day and stocking up.  I have the perfect side dish for it and I'm going to use my Instant Pot.

    • Cream Cheese with Apricot Preserves and Reed Avocado Chile Crunch
  • Doux South Dueling Peppers over Cream Cheese 
  • Instant Pot Southern Potatoes and Green Beans
